The IntelliCPCP is a complete rod-based artificial lift system featuring the All-Metal Conical Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) as its core, designed specifically for oilfield oil and gas extraction operations.

• Suitable for casing sizes ≥ 5.5 inches. Capable of pumping clear water, water-cut crude oil, gas-liquid mixtures, and high-viscosity media. Production capacity ranges from 10 m³/d to 70 m³/d, accommodating well depths up to 1,500m and well deviations up to 80°.

• Engineered specifically for the high-temperature and corrosive environments typical of heavy oil thermal recovery applications. The design effectively accommodates material expansion, contraction, and thermal fatigue induced by extreme temperature cycling.

• Ensures reliable production at bottom-hole temperatures (BHT) up to 380°C, and maintains standard operation in surface ambient temperatures ranging from -35°C to 45°C.

• Fully capable of lifting ultra-heavy oil with a viscosity of up to 20,000 mPa·s at 50°C.

  

Since 2020, we have successfully deployed and field-tested the IntelliCPCP® across multiple Sinopec assets, including the Shengli, Henan, and Zhongyuan oilfields. In 2025, we officially concluded the testing phase and launched into full-scale commercialization.
