IntelliCPCP Graspos™ downhole balancing assembly provides bottom-set positioning and radial centralization for conical progressing cavity pumps.
Core Advantages
As the gap between the rotor and stator decreases, the volumetric efficiency of the conical screw pump will gradually increase;
When dealing with low-viscosity media, appropriately reducing the gap can effectively increase production.
Increasing the fit clearance between the stator and rotor can reduce the flow resistance of the medium;
allowing high-viscosity media to pass through the pump body smoothly, effectively enhancing the pump's ability to handle thick fluids (maximum allowable viscosity, regardless of temperature: 20,000 mPa·s).
