To address critical challenges in deviated wells—namely late-stage rod-tubing eccentric wear and the difficulty of lifting high-viscosity crude—the IntelliCPCP® system integrates RodSavior™ anti-wear technology with dynamic rotor-stator clearance adjustability. This synergy enables a seamless transition for integrated steam injection and production without pulling the tubing string. Field data from the Shengli Oilfield demonstrates an average energy savings of 61.13% and an over 26% increase in daily fluid production, drastically reducing workover costs while extending the overall run life.
